COMPANY NEWS August 2019

Hi Diaspora Family and happy September to you!  August was a great month as we saw your interest in our property offer, Founders Park in Lilayi, Lusaka.  You responded with many questions and great appetite – so much so that the small plots have sold out!  The good news though is that we still have a number of medium sized plots available starting at only K110,000.  Read our Property Spotlight and learn why this all inclusive price is just right for you. During August I had a tweet chat with a member of our diaspora community, Mpande Kapotwe, on customary land.  Check out @BuyPropertyZed and #buyingpropertyinzambia if you missed it.  She had a lot of questions about traditional land which I answered and summarized in this video clip incase you missed it.  Watch the video here.  I also hosted a live video inside our Facebook group on how to avoid a situation where a seller goes quiet on you once you’ve handed over the cash for the property.  Join our Facebook group here to catch up! We know that you think about buying property back home and perhaps you think that it’s something you’ll do in the distant future.  But what if circumstances force you to pack up your bags and come back home sooner than expected?  Would you be ready to come back home?  Would you even have a home to come back to?  Read our thought provoking article under Property Advice. Lastly, we love to see the diaspora connect with events and situations back home!  In Zambia Today we feature the UNZA-SA Alumni Foundation that are holding their first ever Chairman’s golf day to raise money for their alma mater, UNZA.  Congratulations to the foundation and their worthy cause! I hope you enjoy this edition of the newsletter and as always I would love to hear from you.  Let me know what topics you would be interested to learn more about in future editions of our newsletter.  And please connect with us on our other social media platforms [maxbutton id=”2″ ] [maxbutton id=”3″ ] [maxbutton id=”4″ ] [maxbutton id=”5″ ] Sign up for updates here
